This hotel is in a great location, super close to everything in the city. It's in the heart of Venice, making it the perfect base to explore. the staff were very welcoming and helpful, creating a positive atmosphere. the rooms were unexpectedly big, providing a decent amount of space.

The lack of cleanliness in the rooms, including the presence of bed bugs, was disappointing and unacceptable.

The location of the hotel was great, as it was tucked away from the busy areas but still close to some nice restaurants. The kitchen in the hotel was spacious and well-equipped, making it convenient for preparing meals. the terrace was a lovely feature, offering a pleasant space to relax during warmer months.

One downside of the hotel was the lack of wardrobe in the room, which made it difficult to properly store our belongings. the bathroom facilities were not in the best condition, with some issues such as a faulty toilet flush and a sink that would get filled.

The hostel is cute and centrally located, perfect for those who want to be in the heart of the action. the facilities are basic but clean, and the staff is incredibly helpful. Angelina went above and beyond to assist me with directions and any other needs I had. It felt very cozy and welcoming, and I particularly loved how close it was to the city center. Definitely a place I would love to return to someday.

Felt very comfortable, nothing too much trouble.

The value for money at the hotel was excellent and the room was simple but clean and functional. The location was perfect, close to the market and just a short walk from Rialto. The staff were friendly and helpful, recommending great restaurants nearby.

The hotel breakfast menu could be improved with more options.

The hotel had a great location, close to key attractions and easy to navigate around the city. The staff were helpful and accommodating, ensuring a pleasant stay. Additionally, the room was clean and comfortable, providing a cozy and restful environment.

One drawback was the lack of air conditioning, which made the room quite warm at night. This was especially difficult as opening the windows led to noise from the street.

As women traveling alone, we appreciated the central location and cost-effectiveness of this hostel. It provided a fabulous experience of Venice both during the day and at night. the bed and shower were nice, and the staff, including Annie and the young man, were friendly and helpful. They even allowed us to store our luggage after checkout and gave us great tips on where to go and what to see.

We felt very well looked after during our stay at this hostel, and there was nothing to complain about.
